The house is set up for 6 guests only. Exception will be considered in the case of children. Exceeding the guest limit with adults will require additional $50. per day per guest.

Misuse of the property, bringing pets or exceeding the maximum occupancy will cause loss of booking and forfeiture of rent and deposit.

Note: Septic System in use -- So, please do not park on lawns.

Reservation Deposit:
Reservations will be guaranteed upon receipt of a $300.00 deposit

Security Deposit:
No Security Deposit is required, however, guests are required to fax or mail a copy of your credit card with signature for any damages or excessive cleaning. Fax:

Payment:
Total payment is due 14 days prior to arrival, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Cash, Traveler's Checks & money orders (certain restrictions may apply). Personal checks will be accepted if received 14 days prior to arrival. Prices are subject to change at any time and do not include 10% visitors’ tax. Full payment for the nights booked is required before the keys are issued.

Cancellation:
Cancellation requires 45 days notice prior to arrival for a refund; however, a $100 administrative fee will be deducted.
